Addyson Tallent

Hi, I’m Addyson! I’ve been climbing for over 10 years and spent 8 of those competing at a high level, including multiple National appearances. For the past 4 years, I’ve coached at Stone Summit, working with youth athletes through team practices, summer camps, and private lessons. I love helping climbers of all levels improve not just physically, but mentally—building confidence, focus, and resilience on and off the wall. Whether you're new to climbing or looking to level up for competitions, I’d be stoked to work with you!
Kiera Murphy

Hi, I’m Kiera! I am from Smyrna, Georgia, and I'm currently studying Business Management at Appalachian State University. I’m so excited to be part of the C45 team. My climbing career started when I was a little kid and my dad took me to a gym on a rainy day. I’ve been hooked ever since. After a few summers of kid’s climbing camps, I joined Team Stone Summit at age 12. I trained and competed in local, regional, and divisional competitions across the Southeast for nearly eight years, until aging out of the youth USA climbing circuit. As the sport continues to grow, especially with its inclusion in the Olympics, I’m passionate about guiding that growth in a positive direction. I’m committed to supporting young climbers in both recreational and competitive settings, indoors and outdoors, while helping foster a love for climbing that lasts a lifetime. During a session we will focus on building technical skills, a solid warm up routine, and training plans tailored to your personal goals. I work with beginner to intermediate climbers (around the V0-V4 range) and I specialize in working with youth climbers.
Lucas Parker

Hi, my name is Lucas! I am an outdoor climber with almost 9 years of experience training for both competition and specific strength goals. I am currently studying kinesiology and am heavily interested in pushing the limits of the human body while promoting long-term health and sustainability in training. I believe that meaningful improvement in climbing comes from training strategies tailored to the individual. No matter your climbing goals, progress requires finding the right balance between challenge, recovery, and consistency. My goal is to help you identify that balance and apply training methods I’ve developed through years of personal experience and collaboration with professional coaches and athletes.
