Service Description

*A C45 day pass or membership will be required to attend* After a short assessment we can decide what to focus on then drive into it with goals and intentional thought and movement. You will learn the importance of mindset, progressive goals, and their role in a good training regimen. . Keep in mind these sessions are booked one at a time for each individual. Depending on what your goals are we will be working through a various amount of exercises/ stretches that if requested can be shared to you on a google doc. As to use on your own. . Sessions can consist of climbing, strength training, calisthenics, or just a long stretch routine. Whatever your goals are, we will work hard to achieve them healthily. With focus on recovery and avoiding injury. . Come see me and lets get working on a healthier you!
