Aerial Strength | Mondays 7:30 pm
Aerial-specific training technique and drills for better form and endurance. Must have completed three aerial silks classes.
Flexibility | Thursdays 7:30 pm
General flexibility. Must be able to perform three push ups and sit comfortably, legs outstretched.
Handstands | Tuesdays 7:30 pm
Training technique for alignment, endurance and conditioning for solid handstands and advanced progressions.
Acrobatic HIIT | Coming Soon
Head to toe workout for all levels. Quite possibly the most fun you ever in a cardio workout. Must be able to do a somersault, three pushups, and be comfortable jumping.

Try It Out! | Mondays 6 pm
Experience the magic of aerial silks! Learn to balance, grip and move in the air on fabric. Try it out for one class, no pull ups required! We offer three rotating themes at two levels, and in six consecutive weeks, you will cover all the foundations of aerial silks.
Chalk and Silks! | Saturdays, Sundays 12 noon
A group experience for parties of four or more. The combination package includes an aerial silks lesson tailored to your group and a day pass to boulder at Center 45.
